Virtualization, Cloud, Infrastructure and all that stuff in-between

A long time ago I wrote a book on designing and building a private cloud for Wiley/Sybex with Aidan Dalgleish of VMware. We spent a lot of time writing the book from the perspective of the end-user and have tried to cover as many day to day usage topics as possible that go beyond the manuals.

I get asked fairly regularly if I’m going to write an update as the book was based on 5.1 of the product, I have no plans to do-so and my focus has changed quite significantly since it was written. Whilst it’s more of a niche topic these days there are some other more recent options available in your bookshop of choice.
